I am pleased to announce Ms Lisa Bolte is delighted to offer her exceptional teaching skills to the program and will be heading Anita Coutts School of Dance team of outstanding professionals that are excited at the prospect of coaching our upcoming dancers.
Lisa’s highlights with The Australian Ballet included touring internationally dancing Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty (1988) in London and Japan (1991); Kitri in Don Quixote (1994) in Washington and Lisa in La Fille mal Gardee (1994) in Seattle; Giselle and Coppelia (1992) in London and Swanhilda in Coppelia (1996) in Japan; At the Edge of Night and Dark Lullaby (1999) in New York and Washington.
As a guest artist Lisa has performed with The National Ballet of Canada in Swan Lake and The Merry Widow (1994); with The Maryinsky Ballet as Giselle and as Kitri in Don Quixote (1996) and with The Royal Danish Ballet as Odette/Odile in Peter Martins' world premier season of Swan Lake (1998). In 2007 Lisa performed at the Queensland Ballets international Gala in Raymonda and At the Edge of Night both by Stephen Baynes.
